Digital Campaign Specialist (MNC, Electronics)

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Design, launch, and manage regional and in-country digital campaigns to align with business priorities.
• Drive B2B campaigns to build qualified leads and execute B2C initiatives to boost online marketplace sales.
• Work with local marketing teams to adapt content, creatives, and targeting for specific markets.

• Oversee lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing through marketing automation platforms.
• Partner with sales teams to track lead performance and optimise the funnel for better conversion.

• Manage budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Programmatic platforms.
• Monitor key campaign metrics including cost per lead, acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.
• Refine creatives, targeting strategies, bidding, and landing pages to maximise results.

• Align campaigns with regional business stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.
• Guide and coordinate local marketing teams on campaign localisation.
• Manage external agencies to deliver quality outputs on schedule.

• Create campaign dashboards and performance reports with clear recommendations.
• Suggest actionable strategies to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and marketing automation (experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo preferred).
• Familiar with both B2B and B2C marketing funnels.
• Experience running multi-country campaigns and collaborating with regional/local teams.
• Track record of success in performance marketing across paid search and paid social.
• Strong analytical ability with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related discipline.
