We're Hiring: Team Leader for Our Virtual Assistant Team!
Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing people and driving results?
Innovately OPC is expanding and we're looking for a Team Leader to oversee our growing team of talented Virtual Assistants.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of VAs
- Monitor productivity and ensure quality performance
- Handle client escalations and provide proactive solutions
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
- Coordinate with upper management on staffing and operations
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a BPO or VA setup
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with VA tools (ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Must be proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
- Experience with US-based clients is a plus
