Design Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to join our team!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect
- At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience in architectural design, preferably in REAL ESTATE and housing projects
- Knowledgeable in Philippine development standards and codes, including the National Building Code of the Philippines, BP 220, PD 957, and basic zoning, subdivision, and permitting requirements
- Experience in master planning, site development planning, housing and unit design, preparation of concept and preliminary studies, permit and construction drawings, and project documentation
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion/VRay Rendering Software, and Microsoft Excel
- Able to coordinate with Construction, QS, Permits, Marketing, and external consultants
- Strong design sense, technical detailing, planning, presentation, and project management skills
- Willing to conduct site inspections and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
