Field Credit Investigator (Dumaguete)

JOB OBJECTIVE: Performs credit investigation of client’s financial status and their ability to repay the loan.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts investigation of credit and financial history / credit standing of clients and business establishments applying for loans
• Validates the information reflected on loan application and authenticity of loan documents through interview with the borrower/co-borrower/character reference, bank checking, agency/employment verification
• Collects relevant information through reliable sources to determine credit worthiness of clients
• Undertakes personal visits to confirm residential and business addresses
• Interviews individuals and business owners via phone calls and visit
• Prepares accurate Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) upon completion of the credit investigation process
• Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four-year course
• Has good communication skills (written and oral), administrative skills and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent attention to details
• Has the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Resourceful, organized, proactive and systematic
• Willing to do field work
• No work-related experience required for this position
• Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage
• Computer-proficient
• Willing to conduct the training in Head Office (Ortigas, Pasig) (3 weeks maximum)

Paid Training. The company provides free accommodation and reimbursable transportation expenses. A training allowance will be given during the training period at the Head Office.
