Role Description

We are hiring a Finance and Accounting Specialist to support transactional finance, reconciliations, reporting support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial operations in a shared services or back-office setup. This role is ideal for candidates with strong numerical accuracy, process discipline, and experience handling finance tasks within a structured environment.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and finance teams to ensure that financial records are maintained accurately and deadlines are consistently met. The Philippines is especially strong in this area because finance and accounting services are specifically identified within the country's non-voice IT-BPM/shared services strength.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices, payments, or receivables transactions
Support reconciliations and ledger accuracy
Assist with month-end reporting and documentation
Maintain financial records and audit-ready files
Investigate discrepancies and resolve finance issues
Coordinate with vendors, clients, or internal finance contacts
Follow accounting controls and compliance procedures
