Channel Lead – Thought Leadership

Job Overview

We are seeking a Channel Lead – Thought Leadership to own and drive the company's thought leadership strategy across B2B, B2C, and provider audiences.

This role will lead the creation of high-impact content, ensure consistency and compliance, and use data and innovation (including AI) to expand reach, engagement, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the thought leadership content strategy and ensure alignment with brand and business goals
• Lead development of high-value content such as white papers, blogs, webinars, videos, and executive perspectives
• Partner with creative teams and subject matter experts to deliver compelling, high-quality content

• Establish and maintain content standards, best practices, and governance processes
• Ensure all content is consistent, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines

• Drive innovation in content creation and distribution using AI tools and advanced analytics
• Improve personalization, efficiency, and overall content performance

• Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to integrate thought leadership into campaigns and demand generation efforts
• Align content with broader marketing objectives

• Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely content delivery
• Track performance metrics (engagement, downloads, leads) and provide actionable insights
• Develop content for industry events and thought leadership opportunities

• 8–10+ years of experience in content strategy, thought leadership, or B2B marketing
• Proven experience developing complex content (e.g., white papers, webinars, video series) for professional or executive audiences
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and storytelling
• Experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms
• Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
