Channel Specialist – Thought Leadership

Job Overview

We are seeking a Channel Specialist – Thought Leadership to support the development and execution of content programs across thought leadership channels. This role will focus on creating high-quality content, managing editorial workflows, and supporting webinars and multimedia initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute thought leadership content plans, including white papers, blogs, webinars, and videos
• Partner with creative teams and subject matter experts to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content
• Ensure content is clear, engaging, and consistent with brand voice

• Manage day-to-day editorial processes, including version control, approvals, and accessibility checks
• Coordinate content timelines to ensure on-time delivery

• Assist in planning and execution of webinars and video production
• Coordinate logistics and ensure quality standards are met

• Track key metrics such as views, downloads, and engagement
• Prepare reports and recommend improvements to enhance performance

• Support AI-enabled tools for content drafting, summarization, and optimization
• Help improve content workflows and efficiency

• Ensure all content meets brand, legal, and regulatory requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in content development, marketing communications, or thought leadership programs
• Familiarity with content management systems, webinar platforms, and video production processes
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools for content creation is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
