Project Coordinator / Engineer (EE/ECE)

ECOM Construction is a telecom and engineering services company specializing in cell site construction, power systems (AC/DC), and network infrastructure deployment across the Philippines.

We support major telecom projects nationwide, focusing on quality execution, proper documentation, and efficient project delivery. Our goal is to continuously grow into a full-service general contractor, while developing skilled and reliable teams in the field.

Open to: Fresh graduates (with or without license)

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall project coordination from kickoff to turnover (site rollout, upgrades, maintenance)
• Review and validate all site documents (as-built plans, checklists, test results, photos)
• Ensure compliance with client standards (telco, power, civil, safety)
• Prepare project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively address delays/issues
• Coordinate with team leads, subcontractors, and clients for scheduling and execution
• Validate power system works (AC/DC, rectifiers, batteries, grounding systems)
• Oversee installation quality of telecom equipment (RBS, antennas, cabling)
• Ensure proper implementation of Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS)
• Prepare and submit reports (daily/weekly updates, completion reports, billing docs)
• Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, and material planning
