KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Research & Technical Presentation
Research and analyze the technical specifications of pesticides, fertilizers, biostimulants, and biological products.
Prepare professional product presentations based on both internal data and external technical sources.
Customize presentations for current and potential clients in the agrochemical industry.
Field Trials & Product Evaluation
Design, coordinate, and implement field trials to assess product performance on key crops.
Collect and analyze field data, interpret efficacy results, and produce technical reports.
Collaborate with customers on trial sites to monitor outcomes and ensure successful evaluations.
Technical Support & Training
Provide technical training and product briefings to distributor staff, agronomists, and farmers.
Develop easy-to-understand training tools and reference materials for internal and external use.
Visit client sites to demonstrate application protocols and answer technical inquiries.
Coordination & Institutional Engagement
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, Regulatory, Operations) to ensure technical accuracy.
Engage with LGUs, research institutions, and farm cooperatives for trial collaboration or tech partnership.
Support product registration activities in coordination with regulatory consultants, if required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agrochemical field trials, product development, or technical support.
- Preferably licensed by the FPA (Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority).
- Strong understanding of agricultural inputs: fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, seed treatments, and biostimulants.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel across agricultural regions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in both field and office environments.
