BARISTA
Workforce Philippines Resources Inc. is looking for passionate and customer-oriented BARISTAS to join our partner cafés!
Location:Quezon City, Alabang, San Juan and BGC Taguig
Schedule: Shifting schedule / Flexible working hoursSalary: Manila rate + Service Charge and Payed OT
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other café equipment properly.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workstation and dining area.
Handle cash or POS transactions accurately.
Assist in inventory and restocking of café supplies.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate or College Level.
With or without barista experience (training provided).
Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
Team player, responsible, and hardworking.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
