The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality tea-based beverages while providing excellent customer service. Duties include taking orders, brewing tea with precision, handling cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workstation, and ensuring adherence to company quality and hygiene standards.The role requires attention to detail, a passion for tea, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications/Requirements- At least a high school graduate (Senior High School or college level is a plus).
- With at least 6 months experience as a barista.
- Passion for tea and beverages, with a willingness to learn about different tea varieties and preparation methods.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standard recipes and procedures.
- Knowledge of cashiering and basic POS operations is a plus.
