Job Summary

Store One Inc., a company in the retail home furniture industry, is looking for a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for design and home aesthetics.

• Responsible for the overall operations of a retail store environment, including managing staff, store image, merchandising & displays, and developing & implementing marketing strategies.
• Generate sales through strong relationships with walk-in customers, existing clients, and interior designers.
• Ensure strong customer and after-sales service.

• College degree (a degree in Interior Design is a plus, but not required).
• At least 2 years of retail or store management experience
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Experience in the home furnishings or interior design field is a strong advantage, but not required.
• Organized and a fast learner
• Attending leadership or people management seminars is a plus, but not required.
