Accounting Officer (Master Data)- Mandaue City
Job Responsibilities:
- Creates and updates Item SAP Code and Buying Cost of items to be purchased.
- Creates and updates Item SAP Code. Item Price, Category Discount, Commissions, Special Discounts both for Wholesale and Concession Distribution Channels.
- Verifies Price, discount, and commission used by all Concession Stores Mass upload of Credit and Debit Memos for all justified variances.
- Checks Price Quotations both for Wholesale and Hotel Customers.
- Sets Promo and Sale Discounts for Showroom Distribution Channel.
Job Qualifications:
- Accounting software and other applications proficiency like MS Office, SAP and Barter system
- Proven experience in accounting procedures and concepts
- Knowledge in organizing and keeping a customer records
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
