HR SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Mgt
• Proven experience as an HR with specific expertise in Recruitment, Compensation Benefits, Payroll and Employee Relations.
• Familiar with HRIS and Payroll system
• Advance computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and human resource software.
• Problem solving skills and resourceful thinking.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment
• Prepares SSS, PHIC & Pag ibig report
• Coordinates with Department heads in preparation of seminars
• Monitors daily activity of the department and updates HR head/officer.
• Prepares company activities
• Process employee’s attendance logs and overtime for payroll
• Updates master list of active employees per month
• Custodian of company contract with the customer and supplier.
• Transportation mgt and registration
• Process payroll for the construction/laborer
• Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
