Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION (Administrative Assistant)
- Attends to Tenant Calls, Service Requests, and Walk-in Inquiries.
- Prepares and computes summary of payments and billing of the following:
- Utilities
- Construction Bonds
- Special assessments
- Follow-up payment of dues and other charges.
- Handles and deposits collections
- Updates existing Tenant Files; this include proper documentation and record keeping.
- Conducts regular and periodic inventory of Office/Storeroom Items; this also includes attending to withdrawal/return of Inventory Items.
- Coordinates and prepares request for security passes and correspondence.
- Maintains and updates file/record of cash flow.
- Handles canvassing and purchasing functions
- With Pleasing Personality
- Receive incoming telephone calls
- Receive visitors and direct them to the waiting area or respective staff
- Receive and dispatch incoming documents
- Update telephone directory
- Perform other duties that may be assigned periodically
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willing to work in Davao City. (Vivaldi Residences)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
