Digital Designer - Quezon City

• The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software.
• The role needs to be able to balance multiple projects at once and to work well under pressure and often with tight deadlines following a robust set of corporate guidelines.

Accountabilities:

• Possess a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the content asset.
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure design solutions follow our brand identity guidelines and templates and maintain consistency and compliance across our design work.
• Translate our new brand identity into thousands of new and existing content assets.
• Manage creative production through the design workflow system, Monday.com. Maintain content assets in content asset management tool, Frontify.
• Consult with internal stakeholders to determine objectives, background information, design approaches, styles and techniques.
• Repurpose content assets into visually compelling digital assets for social/digital media consumption that support our global marketing campaigns.
• Support our Global Events team by providing end-to-end creative assets for in-person and virtual events.
• Collaborate within the Creative team, sharing ideas, best practices, problem-solving, and participating in developing project briefs.
• Demonstrate knowledge and thirst to investigate, innovate, and develop trends with an emphasis on digital application.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in graphic/digital design or related discipline
• Minimum five years’ experience in graphic/ digital design role
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Tools : Adobe Creative suite plus, Monday.com, Box, Creatopy, Canva, Figma and Miro.
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
• Experience in video editing/animation is a plus
• An interest in the latest digital technologies and software and growing trends within the creative industry is a plus
