Extension Officer- Angeles City

We are looking for an Extension Officer to lead the day-to-day operations of an assigned Extension Office with a team of outsourced Promotion Merchandisers (Promodizers). The position is in charge of achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sell-through targets through proper implementation of marketing and sales-initiated programs.

• Ensure achievement of sell-through targets
• Conduct training to promotion merchandisers and in-store trainings to dealers
• Implement of sales-initiated programs
• Build strong relationships with accounts
• Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing programs especially roadshows and exhibits
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
• Disseminate marketing activities and POP materials to our promotion merchandisers and dealers
• Report and update demo machines and consumables usage and consumption to the Marketing and Product Management departments
• Monitor promotion merchandisers sales performance
• Monitor competitors activities (price, stocks, sell through and promotions).
• Arrange store displays in the most favorable location, and ensure that displays are in good condition
• Attend to customers/dealers concerns and inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 1 year of experience in distribution sales and account management
• Networking and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local dialect, good Filipino & English
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Computer literacy
• Good ability to train people.
