• Continuously monitor client networks, servers, and systems for performance and security issues using various monitoring tools (24/7) Perform regular updates, patches, and backups of operating systems and applications

• Proven experience in systems administration and network operations preferred
• Proficiency in managing Windows and/or Linux servers
• Strong understanding of network monitoring tools and incident management systems
• Experience with ticketing systems and documentation processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in 24/7 operations environment

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Server, or vendor-specific certifications preferred
