Accounting clerk

Job Description

• Process and monitor bank transactions, including bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and process disbursements with complete documentation and proper approvals.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records, transactions, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

• Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, disbursements, and audit processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
