Job Description

1. Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments
2. Provide customer service by answering questions about products or services, processing orders, and handling complaints
3. Maintain relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers
4. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, and catalogs
5. Coordinate events such as trade shows, conventions, seminars, or product launches
6. Collect and analyze data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes
7. Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals.
8. Utilize social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
9. Prepare sales forecast reports and submit them to management.
10. Collaborate with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
11. Maintain an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
12. Analyze market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts
