IT Project Manager - Infrastructure

Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects across cybersecurity, infrastructure, governance, and networking domains.
• Manage Data Center and Network upgrade/implementation projects ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall approaches, depending on project nature.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project documentation, change controls, and governance practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies as needed.
• Communicate project status to senior leadership and stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Project Management Professional Certification is a plus
• Strong domain knowledge in Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data Center, IT Governance, and Networking.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
