Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects, with a focus on automation, digital transformation, and paperless systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business needs.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, bots, and emerging technologies to optimize workflows and efficiency.
- Oversee risk management, resource allocation, and project reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IT projects, ideally in healthcare, retail, or logistics industries.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation tools, and paperless systems.
- Familiarity with AI, bots, and process automation solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus).
