SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manages all daily sales operations, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Sales Specialists.
2. Monitors sales metrics and adjusts strategies as needed.
3. Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports, uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
4. Prepares regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
5. Develops comprehensive sales and marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and promotional events to achieve company revenue targets, enhances brand visibility, improves market share growth, and attracts new customers.
6. Manages sales and marketing budget and ensures effective allocation of resources.
7. Conducts thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities as well as competitors.
8. Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
9. Maintains strong relationships with existing customers and identifies opportunities to expand the customer base.
10. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related course
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the transport or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary marketing tools
