About the role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Bamban Tarlac. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.This full-time position offers the opportunity to be a part of an innovative and collaborative work environment.
What you'll be doing- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and programming of various production machines and tools
- Conduct quality inspections and tests to identify and resolve any issues or defects
- Participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to equipment maintenance and production activities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a similar technical role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and maintenance procedures
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven track record of maintaining a safe and organised work environment
