Account Manager - Iloilo

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, driving sales and in store execution ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The role involves managing dealer accounts, providing product expertise, and supporting marketing and promotional activities to maximize brand presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with retail partners to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets.
• Provide training and product knowledge to PC’s assigned in store.
• Support retail marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product displays, merchandising, and customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams on inventory management, logistics, and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Experience & Skills Needed:

• Proven experience in retail sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the appliance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

• Monthly/Quarterly sales targets achievement.
• Product placement and display quality scores.
• Increase in market share for all categories
