We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Job Summary
The Junior Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales initiatives by identifying prospects, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, results-driven, and eager to grow in the beauty and medical sales industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, field visits, and networking.
- Present and promote company products to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Assist in closing sales and achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience (experience in beauty, wellness, or medical sales is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and fieldwork.
- Proficient in English (Required).
