Supervisor, Site Development - Cebu

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or other related business courses
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in site development, real estate, business development, or related fields
• Strong understanding of trade area analysis, market research, and lease negotiations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain relationships with brokers, lessors, and internal stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple site projects simultaneously

Job Description

Our Site Development Supervisor is responsible for site acquisition activity for business expansion. He / She ensures all parameters, necessary requirements are covered prior to acquisition.

• The key implementor of the parameters and tools being used in site acquisition to open a profitable store.
• For site sourcing potential and future site acquisitions.
• Making sound negotiations based on science, prevailing market status and etc. to make a cost-efficient store.
• Responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and closing all correspondences based on ideal provisions from legal.
• Timely processing, monitoring, reporting, and aligning all progress of necessary requirements and concerns on-site acquisition.
• Responsible for creating current and future partnerships such as Lessor’s, third parties, and governmental agencies.
