The Virtual Scribe provides administrative support to physicians in a virtual environment in real time.

Records medical history, examination, treatment plan and other clinical data in real-time while the physician interacts with the patient.
Reminds physicians of treatment plans and other recommendations from previous visit notes.
Provides a check and balance system to ensure visit documentation requirements are met, test results are received and prescriptions are refilled.
Reminds physicians of documentation requirements for billing purposes.
Responsible for alerting physicians on missing test results.
Delivers comprehensive clinical documentation.
Correlates clinical information and generate useful reports.

Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of Nursing or Medicine
Computer savvy, proficient in MS Office applications and use of technical/communication equipment
With excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent listening skills

Customer-oriented

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of Medical Health allied course
Good communication and written skills
Can work on graveyard shift
