About the role

We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager and Store Supervisor to join our team at SM Appliance, a leading retailer of home appliances in the Philippines. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage and oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
• Ensure the store meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective staff scheduling, merchandising, and customer engagement
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall visual presentation to provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Lead and inspire your team of sales associates, providing coaching and training to improve their skills and performance
• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement company policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance store efficiency and profitability

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a retail store supervisor or management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and financial reporting
• Adaptable to changes in the retail environment and able to implement new strategies and technologies
• Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
