Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Back-Office Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specialist
  • Lead the set-up of new legal matters, including client onboarding, conflict checks, and database entry.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Develop and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide advanced legal support, including preparing and reviewing complex legal documents.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in matter set-up and administrative procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Billing; key client reporting, updating time allocation, cheque requests, bank transfers, supporting with WIP queries, expenses
Senior Analyst
  • Oversee the set-up of legal matters and ensure accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Assist in policy development for matter management and administrative processes.
  • Support legal teams with advanced document preparation and research tasks.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide guidance to analysts and associates as needed.
  • Billing; key client reporting, updating time allocation, cheque requests, bank transfers, supporting with WIP queries, expenses
Analyst
  • Perform matter set-up tasks, including data entry and document verification.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support attorneys and specialists with legal research and document preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Billing; key client reporting, updating time allocation, cheque requests, bank transfers, supporting with WIP queries, expenses
Associate
  • Provide entry-level support for matter set-up, including assisting with client intake and initial documentation.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such copying, and organizing files.
  • Assist with basic legal support duties as directed by senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed.
  • Billing; key client reporting, updating time allocation, cheque requests, bank transfers, supporting with WIP queries, expenses

Qualifications:

Specialist
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in administrative support or assistant role; legal support experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of legal systems, procedures, and compliance standards preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with legal management software and office applications preferred
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, including client engagement, expectation setting, and issue resolution in fast‑paced environments.
Senior Analyst
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support or assistant role; legal support experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with legal software and electronic filing systems preferred
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, including client engagement, expectation setting, and issue resolution in fast‑paced environments.
Analyst
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or assistant role; legal support experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of legal processes and terminology preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including client engagement, expectation setting, and issue resolution in fast‑paced environments.
Associate
  • 6months to 1-year previous office or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn legal procedures.
  • Familiarity with office technology and basic computer skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including client engagement, expectation setting, and issue resolution in fast‑paced environments.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare Management and EMR systems
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in database management and data integration
  • Basic programming knowledge relevant to healthcare systems
Additional Information
  • Location: Manila (UT2) | Onsite (Daily RTO)
  • Schedule: Mid to Night Shift
