Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Staff to support daily administrative operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth office workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files and documents
- Handle data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist in preparing reports and office correspondence
- Coordinate with different departments and external clients
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Support basic accounting tasks (e.g., filing invoices, tracking expenses)
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of office files and workspace
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in administrative or office support roles
- Basic knowledge of accounting or documentation processes
- Familiarity with office management systems
- Location: Mandaluyong City
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
