Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Staff to support daily administrative operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth office workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files and documents
  • Handle data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Assist in preparing reports and office correspondence
  • Coordinate with different departments and external clients
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Support basic accounting tasks (e.g., filing invoices, tracking expenses)
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of office files and workspace
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
