Join our growing team at Logix BPO as we support a boutique UK accounting firm providing bookkeeping and accounting services to global clients.

We are currently hiring a Senior Bookkeeper to work onsite in Cebu and support our UK-based client. The role requires a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional who can handle multiple clients and industries, perform advanced bookkeeping tasks, and prepare VAT returns and management accounts.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of UK clients
Prepare VAT returns and management accounts in a timely manner
Reconcile control accounts and maintain supporting working papers
Process journal entries with an advanced understanding of accounting principles
Liaise with UK-based bookkeeping managers and partners
Visit client premises (virtually or in coordination with the UK team)
Use various accounting software tools for compliance and efficiency

✅ Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and management accounts
Strong background in property development and investment companies
Excellent command of MS Excel / Google Sheets and cloud-based tools
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple clients
Experience with VAT preparation, journal processing, and reconciliations
A proactive and professional attitude in dealing with both clients and internal teams
Additional Requirements:
Willing to work onsite in Cebu
Must pass a technical bookkeeping test and thorough interview process
