Job Description:
As an AU Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting daily sales follow-ups with leads and prospects to support lead nurturing and conversion.
- Generate and maintain weekly reports focused on high-priority target prospects.
- Coordinate and assist with sales-focused marketing activities, including content scheduling for social media and website updates.
- Identify and track large or repeat clients for follow-up by the CEO and sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and/or LMS platforms.
- Assist in coordinating sales campaigns and client communication workflows.
- Support internal team communications and scheduling through MS Teams and Office 365 tools.
Job Requirements:
Essential Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing supporting Australian clients.
- Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Experience with CRM systems and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Ability to relate to or demonstrate familiarity with Australian business culture.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
- Previous experience in sales administration, education, or training sector support.
- Background in social media coordination or marketing content scheduling.
- Familiarity with lead tracking and sales pipeline reporting tools.
