Responsibilities:
  1. Account Receivables Monitoring:
o Monitor and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted

for and properly posted.

o Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely
manner.

o Prepare and distribute customer statements regularly.

o Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and payment
discrepancies.
  1. Account Payables Processing:

o Assist in processing accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, expense

reports, and employee reimbursements.
o Verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
o Prepare and process payments (checks, wire transfers, cash) to vendors and suppliers.
o Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  1. Check Releasing:

o Prepare and issue checks for approved payments in accordance with company policies and

procedures.
o Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all check releases.
o Coordinate with banks or financial institutions for check processing and distribution.
  1. General Accounting Tasks:

o Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

o Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
o Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed.
o Provide support for audits and compliance reviews.

o Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:  A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.

 Proven experience (1-3 years) in an accounting or finance role.
 Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
 Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

 Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
