CRM Specialist – Digital Marketing
Location: Metro Manila | Salary Range: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000
About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven storyteller to join us as our CRM Specialist! If you love crafting personalized customer journeys and building strong digital relationships, this is your place to shine. You’ll design retention and engagement campaigns across our digital channels, keeping our wellness community inspired, connected, and supported.
What You'll Do- Design the Journey: Map out and launch exciting customer flows, including welcoming new members, retention, and promotional campaigns.
- Connect via Digital: Create and run end-to-end email, SMS, and chat application campaigns.
- Collaborate on Launches: Partner with marketing and product teams to align CRM efforts with exciting new arrivals and promotions.
- Personalize the Experience: Manage customer segments to ensure our messages are always relevant, helpful, and targeted.
- Discover Insights: Analyze campaign performance and customer habits to find creative ways to improve.
- Build Dashboards: Create clear reports on customer retention, repeat purchases, and campaign success metrics.
- Optimize Tech: Coordinate with IT and third-party platform vendors to keep our digital tools running flawlessly.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or ecommerce marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot experience is a huge plus!).
- Proven experience running successful email/SMS marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a knack for turning data into stories.
- A proactive, positive problem-solver with fantastic communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
