Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.

• Lead, coach, and support teams to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations or management roles.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.
