Posted on 4 June 2025- Responsible in Overseeing the implementation and management of IT Infrastructure and Service deliveries across various TCS locations.
- Managing all IT Incidents and IT change requests while identifying the root causes of the major incidents.
- Coordinating with the Technical Command Center Teams to resolve major incidents.
- Ensuring IT Infrastructure operational in accordance with the expected and defined availability.
- Ensuring all IT issues of end user computing closed according to their respective severity levels.
- Supervising the status and progress towards resolving all open incidents impacting services delivered by the entity.
- Managing the workflow of incident support staff, second-line support, and additional resources.
- Keeping affected users informed about progress through stakeholder communications.
- Ensuring the utilization of standard incident reporting and escalation processes for all Severity 1 and above incidents.
- Resolving incidents and restoring service in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the technical team to identify the root cause of problems and close problem records within the defined service level agreement.
- Coordinating the change management process to prevent major incidents.
- Addressing all the business-as-usual requirements related to enabling IT Infrastructure for the project.
- Engaging with the project team to understand IT infrastructure requirements and coordinating with Subject Matter Experts to provide suitable solutions.
- At least a College Graduate of Information Technology and or related courses.
- Minimum of 19 years of comprehensive Information Technology (“IT”) experience, primarily focused on Infrastructure Service Delivery and the enablement of IT Infrastructure solutions for Global Delivery Centers and projects.
- Engaged in analysis of business requirements for IT Infrastructure and proposed solutions.
- Experienced in executing deliveries using Agile Methodology.
- Leading IT Operations in accordance with ITIL Methodology across various delivery Centers.
- Knowledgeable in WSUS Patching, McAfee Antivirus and Disk encryption, ESET Antivirus, Microsoft Office 365, Lotus Notes, VNC, Proxy Pro, Team Viewer, Configuration Manager Remote Control and Intune.
