Senior Quality Analyst
About the role
Join the growing team at APW Tech' as a Senior Quality Analyst. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's software products. Based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in upholding the high standards that define APW Tech'.
What you'll be doing- Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to identify and resolve software defects
- Automating testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage
- Collaborating with development teams to provide feedback and recommendations for improving software quality
- Documenting test results and maintaining detailed records of issues found and resolved
- Staying up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools to enhance the team's capabilities
- Mentoring and training junior quality assurance personnel to build a strong testing culture
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in testing techniques and tools
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing frameworks, including experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, and JUnit
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex software issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in a fast-paced, Agile development environment
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
