1. Functional Testing & Quality Assurance Execution

• Develop and execute test cases based on functional and business requirements.
• Validate system functionality, configurations, and enhancements to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Identify defects, log issues accurately, and track them through resolution.

1. Requirement Analysis & Test Design Support

• Review business and functional requirements to ensure clarity and testability.
• Assist in translating functional specifications into structured test scenarios and test scripts.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure complete understanding of system workflows.

1. Defect Management & Troubleshooting Support

• Analyze and reproduce system issues, bugs, and inconsistencies during testing cycles.
• Support root cause analysis in coordination with technical and functional teams.
• Validate fixes and ensure issues are resolved before deployment.

1. Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, testing discussions, and project meetings.
• Support client engagement during UAT and quality validation sessions when required.

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Document defects, testing outcomes, and quality metrics accurately.
• Assist in maintaining QA standards, templates, and process documentation.

1. Continuous Improvement & Learning

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Stay updated with QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the QA and project team.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• With or without experience in Quality Assurance, Functional Consulting, or Software Testing.
• Internship or academic project experience in system testing, software development, or business systems is an advantage.
• Exposure to ERP systems, web applications, or enterprise software is a plus.

• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with testing concepts such as functional testing, regression testing, and UAT.
• Basic knowledge of test case creation and defect reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, TestRail, or similar).
• Understanding of business processes and system workflows.
• Exposure to Agile methodology is an advantage.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
