The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead the organization’s sales operations, business development initiatives, and revenue growth strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, strengthening client relationships, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
- Oversee lead generation, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field.
- At least 5–10 years of real estate sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the Cebu real estate market is an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen, planning, and people management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales tracking tools.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
