The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead the organization’s sales operations, business development initiatives, and revenue growth strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, strengthening client relationships, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing sales teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
  • Oversee lead generation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field.
  • At least 5–10 years of real estate sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cebu real estate market is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, planning, and people management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales tracking tools.
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
