The Compliance Officer / Customer Service Manager (Mandarin Customer Service Manager) leads and manages a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing excellent service. Oversee daily operations, train staff, handle escalations, and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bi-lingual is a requisite. Can write and speak fluently in Cantonese, Taiwanese and Mandarin language.
Incumbent is required to have 1 year progressive customer service or direct marketing experience.
Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many projects simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must also have an excellent sense of priorities. Must be bilingual with data base management experience.

Willing to work in Taguig City from 9:30 AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Friday.

TAGUIG CITY, NCR, FOURTH DISTRICT
