About the role
OMG Cosmetics Inc. is seeking an experienced Air-conditioning Technician to join our facilities team in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the optimal functioning of our air-conditioning and refrigeration systems across our cosmetics manufacturing and office facilities.As an Air-conditioning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency, supporting the comfort and safety of our employees whilst maintaining the strict environmental conditions required for cosmetics production.
This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art cooling and refrigeration equipment in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain air-conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout the facility, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to minimise downtime and extend system lifespan
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems with cooling systems using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate system upgrades and facility improvements
