Area Manager

The company aims to bring craft and delight to everyday eating, focusing on easy, delicious, and affordable food. As one of the first cloud kitchens in Manila, they serve nearly 1 M+ meals through digital-only brands.

• 5+ years of proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets - including leading and coaching people.
• Preferred: Graduate of an HRM or culinary school program or certificate.
• Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple competing priorities.
• Understanding of various ingredients, culinary equipment, and cooking procedures. Knowledge of best practices of operating in a commercial kitchen setting.
• Proficient with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and/or Microsoft product counterparts.
• Willing to work in Makati (Salcedo) but willing to travel within Metro Manila as needed for site audits.

Nice-to-haves:

• Exposure to many different cuisines in a professional setting is ideal, but not necessary.
• Experience with HACCP principles.

• Coach and develop Store Managers to become strong, independent leaders of their kitchen units.
• Design and implement standardized training programs for onboarding, role-specific development, and leadership growth.
• Conduct regular training audits and skills assessments to identify individual and team development needs.
• Lead by example by instilling a culture of accountability, consistency, and operational excellence across all locations.
• Support Store Managers in achieving operational KPIs, including food quality, delivery speed, labor cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with HR to identify internal talent for succession planning and promotions.
• Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to Store Managers through field visits, 1:1 sessions, and team workshops.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs, food safety protocols, and local health regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, a customer-first mindset, and staff engagement.
• Analyze team performance metrics to adjust training approaches or operational strategies as needed.
