AREA MANAGER for MANILA AREA

BreadTalk is a Singaporean lifestyle brand that has gained international appeal for its Boutique Bakery Concept. As we aim to expand and open more branches nationwide, we are looking for an AREA MANAGER with the following qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Area Manager in the food industry.
• Must have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory, financial management, and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in computer software and technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the day-to-day operations within the assigned area
• Guide the store managers to productivity improvement and innovation, especially on overcoming operations challenges
• Monitor employee activity to ensure adherence to the standards and guidelines of the company.
• Monitor sales and work toward meeting quarterly objectives
• Minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedules and inventory use
• Visit the stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and efficiency of each branch.
• Other related tasks.
