Job Description:
We are hiring Travel Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel-related inquiries while ensuring a smooth booking experience and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Handle travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations
- Provide accurate information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
- Record customer interactions and maintain updated documentation
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
- Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals
- Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on travel systems and company procedures
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Excellent English communication and attention to detail
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
