About the role
As a Customer Service Representative (Blended Non Voice Acc) at H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.', you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer support to our clients. In this full-time position based in Bangkal Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for handling a variety of non-voice customer enquiries and requests, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our valued customers.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on open issues
- Analysing customer feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of customer service
- Participating in training and development programmes to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a non-voice capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand and address customer needs
- Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
