As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience.This full-time role is integral to our company's success as we continue to expand our wellness services.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and with empathy
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement improvements to the customer experience

- Familiarity with the Client & Sales Administration industry and a genuine interest in the health and wellness sector
