Data Center Engineer (VMware/Hyper-V)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V, ensuring the data center operates reliably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and network devices.
- Manage and support virtual environments using VMware and Hyper-V.
- Monitor hardware performance and environmental systems (power, cooling, temperature).
- Assist with hardware upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain documentation of racks, cabling, and assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure support.
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
- Knowledge of servers, storage, UPS, PDUs, and structured cabling.
- Good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
