We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that help drive informed business decisions.
What You'll Do- Prepare and analyze monthly financial and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Consolidate financial data from multiple business units and stakeholders.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and financial models to support business planning.
- Monitor revenue, costs, and operational performance, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain and improve financial reporting templates and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
