A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
Support the finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, performing bookkeeping activities, and ensuring timely reconciliations using QuickBooks Online. Your attention to detail helps keep financial operations running efficiently while maintaining accuracy across accounting processes.
A BIT ABOUT YOU- Accounting or accountancy related degree, with an emphasis on bookkeeping
- At least 1 year of hands on bookkeeping experience
- Demonstrated working proficiency in QuickBooks Online, the primary platform for this role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills at intermediate level or above, and general MS Office proficiency
- Proven experience with reconciliations, ledger work and end to end posting
- Willing and able to work 100% onsite in Metro Manila
- Amenable to a permanent nightshift schedule
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
- Strong written and verbal English
